A visit or a stay for a period of less then 3 months doesn’t require the need to undergo any specific procedure, except for the documents required for the entry on French soil for non-Europeans.
All foreign nationals wishing to stay for a length of more than 3 months or who desire to establish his or her residence in the Principality will need to formulate a demand for a residency permit to the Monegasque authorities.
